Road Trip!

Hey, all--Mickey here. Looks like I'm going on a little road trip--here's the story:

I was taking a little nap when my good friend Weasley got in touch with me. He said that he wanted me and our pal Biff to go to the Super Bowl with him. He had it all planned out, except for one little problem...he needed some wheels and a motor to hook up to his box to get it road-worthy. I told him I could take care of that, no problem. The Boy has a thing with wheels and a motor, he wouldn't mind if I took--I mean, borrowed them.

I waited until I knew The Boy was busy in his room and then I went outside.

Wheels? Check. Motor? Check. Only one little problem...

Dang, that is one big wheel. If I tried to take that, I'd end up squished. (Not that The Boy would mind, but Mum would be pretty upset.) I'm not a bun that is easily discouraged, though. I just went around to the back of the house to see if there were any other wheels-and-motor I could find.

This was right behind the back door, and it looked promising:

Unfortunately, there was no motor, and the wheels?

Not exactly road-worthy, that's for sure.

I was not giving up, though--there was one place left to look; The Big Guy's shed. He keeps all kinds of stuff there--and sure enough, I hit paydirt!

(Emphasis on the dirt.)

Motor? Check.

Wheels? Check.

Just gotta clean this bad boy up, get Mum to pack me some treats, and then I'm off to Weasley's. YEAH, BABY! ROAD TRIP! WOOOOOOOOO!

HAH!!! Uh oh. I am starting to think my little boy's friends are bad influences (as though there is any such thing with Biff?!). Anyway, Biff is very excited and we are working on getting him all packed up for the big game. Although... Biff is a lifelong Giants fan. You guys wouldn't gang up on him, would you?? As his mom I feel the need to point out that it's his birthday tomorrow and you have to be nice to him on his birthday.

Mick says no worries, he believes in being a good sport--and he's packing extra treats to celebrate Biffster's birthday while they're on the road.

Tailgate party before the game? What's on the boys' menu?

Mr Mick - I think this is a much better idea than running marathons! Running motors sounds much more fun. You just have to plan out pit stops at the vegetable stands along the way.. oh and pick up some carrot shine..

Its too bad you'll be out in Indiana about three weeks before me.. But maybe you can let me know where all the good spots are.

Drive safe Mr. Mick and no partying along the way mister.

Have a bunderful adventure!

Oooh! Carrot shine! I bet that comes from down South. Should we make a detour and get Harrington? He probably knows where we can get some.

And Biff, don't worry. My Mom's half Giants-half Patriots, so we're OK with you being a Giants fan. Happy Birthday, BTW!

You're gonna need a bigger litterbox, boyz! Sounds like your party on the road is getting bigger! You will have so much fun! Watch out for the coyotes if you're headed down south! I'm with Bunnits, BE CAREFUL! Not everybody is friendly!

Lock up your girls!

Don't worry, RG. We know Zooey's taken. And Six Bunnnies, we can handle coyotes. We come loaded with pellets. We'll be OK.
