It's Snowing Again...

Just in case anyone's thinking I'm being a tad melodramatic:

This is the view from my kitchen window.

Another view (hubby is somewhere back there shoveling a path to the birdfeeders).

This is the view from my dining room/office window.

And we're getting even more over today and tomorrow.

"I think I'll sleep in today...wake me when it's spring..."

You and me both, Mick...

Good Plan Mick! We are supposed to get a BIG storm overnight and tomorrow, I will be snuggling with the furries and staying in. I have to go grocery shopping first, that should be something!

I dunno Mickey, just think of all the treats you might miss even if Punxsutawney Phil doesn't see his shadow tomorrow. Besides, if the wind comes up and drifts the snow up against the house, your people might need your help to dig out and leave for Florida.

Wow, get the picture, hang in there friends.

FF: Mickey says that he will allow being semi-roused from sleep for treats only.

As for assisting in digging out, that would only happen if the treat supply were to be completely exhausted and replenishment could not be accomplished otherwise. His Majesty does not sully his paws with snow removal; he says that is boy's work, specifically our boy.

No No No No more!

We got lucky. very little snow early this morning, then tomorrow, we're actually expecting a "freezing rain" and "sleet" storm (what's actually the difference? aren't they both ice). And it seems there will be more on SAturday. Ugh.

Come ON! Fire up that grill, sweep off the Hot Tub and ENJOY! Global warming is coming.

Mickey has the right idea. Wish we had a boy to shovel. My girl and I did most of it yesterday. Did you see that temperatures are going to be above freezing over the weekend and early next week? We might actually melt some of this.!

We've lucked out so far this year. Cold, but no snow. It sure is pretty, if it was only easier to get around in it.
